TRAINING COURSE ON CHOCOLATE FOR ECUADORIANS CHEFS AND PROFESSORS

In May 2016 the Università dei Sapori of Perugia  organized in collaboration with The Chocolate Way a continuous vocational training course on pastry, ice-cream and chocolate for chefs and professors of the most important Ecuadorian gastronomic organization. The aim was the exchange of information and best practices and know-how transfer.

In the chocolate context, the learning of the latest techniques, applications and recipes brought fresh inspiration to national and local chocolate cultures.

The great success of the initiative was testified by the students and teachers who led the Ecuadorian chefs along these three weeks of full immersion training in pastry, ice-cream and chocolate.1
