RESEARCH ON CHOCOLATE CONSUMPTION AND CHANGING OF CONSUMER PREFERENCES

The research was developed by the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven), member of The Chocolate Way,  and presented by the assistant professor of International Economics, at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Eline Poelmans, in Brussels in February the 5th 2015 at the event of presentation of the Network of cultural cooperation between The Chocolate Way and the European Routes of Emperor Charles V, which was attended also by the European Institute of Cultural Routes.

The Professor Eline Poelmans presented the research “The Cocoa and Chocolate Consumption and changing Consumer Preferences in (1975-2012)”, asking also the collaboration of another member of the itinerary, Seventy %, to implement and update the research.
