Some important books have been published and presented between 2015 and 2016. Among the most important are:
– “Modica. La storia del suo cioccolato” written by di Grazia Dormiente, President of the Scientific Committee of The Chocolate Way, and Giuseppe Leone , and presented in occasion of the event of ChocoModica 2015.
Modica, World Heritage city, is famous for its grainy chocolate. His story is told in this book beautifully illustrated: a journey in which the places, the people, the ingredients, the tools and methods of production are strongly intertwined. The text is enriched with historical insights, related to archival sources and the object heritage of the Museum of the Chocolate of Modica.

This encyclopedia is the result of 10 years of work and research on the part of members elected to the Académie Française du Chocolat et de la Confiserie, member of The Chocolate Way, under the editorship of Nikita Harwich, professor at the University, with the collaboration of ChocoStory, other member of the network.
It has been presented during the Salon du Chocolat de Bruxelles of 2016.
The Encyclopedie has been presented during the Salon du Chocolat de Bruxelles of 2016 and offered by Mr. Van Belle and Peggy Van Lierde (ChocoStory) to the Princess Lea from Belgium.
