The first German confectioner’s museum, which is located next to the Baden bakery museum, was opened in 1986 and completely refurnished at Easter 2000. The reason for this is the unique collection of historical confectionery mouldsthat has been collected by Alexander Pauelsfrom Düsseldorf. In Gochsheim, the original pieces have found an ideal place to stay. Large, transmission-operated machines for processing sugar masses can also be seen here. Skilled guidesinform visitors about the bakers’ and confectioners’methods of working in past days. An insider tip for all sweet toothed!
