In Turin, which is rightly considered one of the Italian capitals of confectionery, the second edition of Dolci Portici took place from 22nd to 24th March 2019. The event celebrated celebrating the history, present and future of Made in Turin sweetness.
Dolci Portici, sponsored and supported by the City of Turin, entirely supported by the Turin Chamber of Commerce, conceived and organized by the non-profit Turin Contrada Foundation, involves all the trade associations: CNA, Confartigianato, Ascom, Confesercenti and the Association of Arcades and Galleries of Turin. A moment of synergy and common work to give to excellences of the city and the province of Turin the recognition they deserve.
On the occasion of DOLCI PORTICI The Chocolate Way held the Conference: “THE CHOCOLATE WAY: Experience of valorization of traditional productions of the Historical Districts of European Chocolate ” at Palazzo Birago. Speakers : Guido Bolatto- General Secretary of Chamber of Commerce of Turin; Guido Castagna for historical district of Turin, President Martin Christy, Filippo Pinelli – responsable of TCW project and Nino Scivoletto- Director of Consortium of Modica.
